During years 7, 8 and 9 pupils are taught about the foundation basics, such as tone, colour and line as well as investigating and making art, craft and design. Through exploring and developing their ideas they will expand their creativity and imagination whilst extending their knowledge and experiences in materials, processes and practices. They develop their ability to use their visual language more confidently to communicate their own ideas, feelings and meanings.
