We are pleased to say that our floodlit Synthetic Turf Pitch and changing rooms have been available for hire to the general public from September 2006 with great success.

These facilities were funded by the Big Lottery Fund to be used by the surrounding community during evenings and the weekend. We see the floodlit STP as being a centrepiece in raising the profile of sport throughout Ramsbottom and the surrounding area.
The facilities available for hire at Woodhey and their suitability for certain activities are listed in this Acrobat file. Hire prices are similar to other local authority venues and there are special rates for junior and Ramsbottom teams, and disabled groups. The STP (with or without changing rooms) and other facilities can be hired by the hour.
